To Our Dear Customers,
When the warmer weather is upon us and we understand everyone wants their beloved dogs to be comfortable and be looking good for their summer vacations or just a visit to their favourite dog park. We will always do our best to accommodate our customers whether they are regulars or brand new to our shop. We typically book 3 – 4 weeks in advance so book early or re-book when picking up your pup. We value quality above quantity but we will always do our best to get your pup an appointment as soon as possible.
Please contact us at any time and we can assess whether we will be able to accommodate your dog depending on some grooming limitations (size and weight). We will update our website and our Facebook page continuously regarding changes in this matter and we are working hard to make our customers happy. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

We are welcoming new customers and if you are interested in bringing your pet to us, please call or email us with your questions and we will do our best to accommodate you and give your pet the gentle, kind and happy experience they deserve. Our amazing manager, Veronica Melnik can help you with any questions or concerns you have and her infectious wit and constant professionalism will make you want to keep coming back to Mucky Pups! We are so lucky to have Veronica as a wonderful addition to our small business!
All of our pets are groomed one on one with the stylist so that they receive lots of individual attention. If you’re happy with your stylist, you are welcome to request the same stylist on every appointment. New clients will meet with the stylist who will be grooming your pet so that you can discuss exactly what kind of trim you would like and get to know any one of our wonderful groomers: Kristina, Sara, Charlene and Lori.
Jackie Boulton and Deb Cameron have owned and operated Mucky Pups since 1996 and we have committed our professional and personal lives to the care and love of every dog that enters our life. We are so passionate about grooming through all these many years and have become very attached to our longtime loyal customers and have shared in their pets lives from puppies to seniorhood.
You are welcome to drop in with no appointment necessary for a nail trim, dremel, bum trim or a quick face trim or any combination of drop in services. These services take just a few minutes and are available from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 or 3:30 p.m.

Mucky Pups closes most statutory and provincial holidays to give our hard working stylists extra time to enjoy their friends and families.
We also close for one week over the Christmas break.
